A spring flood quietly surrounds the low country as the sky and water reflects the day’s passing changes.
This is a layered painting. Background sky and water painted as one layer, next, the distant trees in the mist, and then we move to the middle ground and to the foreground, finishing with the wet rocks. Working on one layer at a time helps to keep things controlled. I’ll show you how.
